Hi there! Thanks so much for taking the time to check out our website! If your new here to KarlaCola, you may be a little confused about how to place an order (in other words, buy something) when most of our stock is SOLD OUT.
It can be very confusing to the newbies to our site, so let us explain!
KarlaCola operates on a made-to-order model with one brand new collection launching per month, on a Sunday at 8pm Adelaide time. We also offer a restock of a older , in demand print in the same month. (New collections and restock are planned 2 weeks apart to give customers time to save).
We hand-cut and hand-make every piece right here in Adelaide. New collections are advertised for a full week beforehand, and pre-orders stay open for seven days. After orders close, we source fabric, pay artist royalties, and begin production.
Australian orders ship via express post within one to two weeks of fabric arrival; international orders ship within the first few days (we prioritise them due to overseas shipping). Follow our Instagram or sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on upcoming launches and restocks.
You’ll need to keep an eye on our social media posts (
Instagram is best!) to find out exactly what is up for sale , and the week its launching (usually mid to end of month) .
Signing up for our newsletter is super important , we can ensure if you miss advertising on socials you will get emailed about the new collection or restock of an older popular collection.
Signing up for a restock notification gives us great insight as to what YOU the customer wants and we plan our restocks based on this. You wont however get an email notifying you of the restock, but you will get notified once the stock has been added to the website at launch time.

Another fantastic way to find out what is coming (if you aren’t a big social media lover) is to sign up for our fortnightly newsletter (link found on our
Homepage). Actually we recommend following on socials AND signing up for the newsletter because we get that sometimes our advertising gets lost on socials. I promise we won't bombard you with emails (2- 3 per month )
