Australia Post is currently experiencing huge delays due to Coronavirus, and are currently running 10-14 days behind schedule. For more information about this please visit Australia Post. If you track your order on Australia Post's website and it doesn't appear to be moving, this may not be the case. Australia Post, at this extremely busy time, may not be scanning in packages along the way, hence the reason it may not update online.
Due to this, we are automatically upgrading every clothing order to express shipping, but even express shipping has delays. We are sorry but this is out of our control, but by us upgrading everyone to express shipping we hope this helps you get your KarlaCola package faster.
We have flat rate shipping for all orders. We offer Australia Post Parcel Post for $11.00 or Australia Post Express Post for $13.00. Hairties (and some headbands) will ship for FREE!

By choosing Express Post, once your order is ready, the benefit is that you get next business day delivery within the Express Post delivery network and fastest possible delivery for other areas (for more details visit Express Post). Unfortunately, Express Post does not bump your order ahead of any one else. All items are still made in the order they are received. Please note your package does not have insurance should you wish to ensure your package please contact me prior to dispatch and you’ll be sent an invoice to cover the cost.
Currently Australia post cant guarantee next day delivery, it is still faster than regular post but due to reduced staff & flights they are operating at a slower pace.
Yes, we ship internationally!
We charge a flat rate of $25 and this includes tracking. International orders are dispatched nationwide using Australia Post Express Courier International. New Zealand customers, postage is $15 flat rate. Any difference, there usually is, we cover. Please note your package does not have insurance should you wish to ensure your package please contact me prior to dispatch and you’ll be sent an invoice to cover the cost. The cost will vary from insurance amount and country to country.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY
CLOTHING - A lot of our clothing is custom made and made to order, and so we aim to dispatch orders that are made to order within 3-4 weeks after order is placed (please read these turnaround times on each garment description and at checkout you will be asked to confirm you read those time frames for production) Some items are pre-made and therefor can be dispatched much quicker! Please always check item descriptions carefully for turnaround times
ACCESSORIES - We do our best to get these items in the mail as fast as possible, please allow 5-7 days (this includes hair ties and accessories) as some days we are packing orders and every other day we are cutting dress orders.
DUTIES & TAXES
We maintain price parity between local and offshore customers.
There are sometimes additional charges for handling of international orders, we are not responsible for duties and/or taxes your country may charge you.
All products are sold on a Delivery Duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on receipt. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing any orders for international shipping. Please note that many countries have specific import restrictions on certain products or materials and it is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations before placing an order for shipping outside Australia.

The fastest way to track your order is to check your confirmation email with your tracking number, and follow the link there (You will get a shipping notification once your items have been mailed which contains all tracking information)

PLEASE NOTE, this is MUCH faster and efficient than emailing us for an update (as we are so busy making orders). We can also, only see what you can see on your screen for tracking so if you have questions or a delay you. the receiver, will need to call Australia post.
DELIVERY ADDRESS/MISSING PACKAGE
KarlaCola recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your place of employment. KarlaCola is not responsible for lost/stolen parcels.
PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT APPROVE AUTHORITY TO LEAVE PARCEL AT DOOR WITHOUT SIGNATURE.
If you have a lost or missing parcel, please contact Australia Post and file a claim. You may authorise us, during that call, to call on your behalf and only then please contact us with a claim number so we can follow up.
Once your item leaves KarlaCola it is out of our control to track missing packages. To ensure quality control, packages are hand delivered at Karlas local small independent post office so every single item is scanned in and packaged up for pick up at 3:30 PM
