Q - CAN I ADD AN ACCESSORY TO MY ORDER?
If the item hasn’t shipped they can add an accessory to their order and we will refund shipping when we dispatch, or offer a code which is FREESHIP. As long as they have quoted/added their previous order number

 

Q - CAN I COMBINE MULTIPLE CLOTHING ORDERS?
Sorry we can’t - its too difficult for us with the turnaround and production times. This is because we do not like to hold onto clothing once its been made. We can however always accomodate accessories!


Q - CAN I CUSTOMISE MY ORDER?
No. But a dress length can be changed to suit customer needs, but if so under no circumstance are there any exchanges then.


Q - I want to buy a dress buy everything seems to be sold out so how can I go about ordering a dress?
We are so glad you love our dresses and want to purchase one. Every single dress is handmade and made to order. Because we are a small team we open for orders on Sunday or Wednesday night at 8 pm adelaide time for restocks or new collections. Please sign up for our newsletter on the home page or follow our social media age closely where we advertise heavily prior to launches.
