Q - ARE YOUR FABRICS ECO FRIENDLY?
YES This is incredibly important to us.  Only Oeko-Tex standard 100 certified inks will be used, which is eco-friendly and skin-friendly. Committed to providing customers with the most eco-friendly and safest products as well as a focus on organic fabrics and all natural fibres.

Q - CAN I ADD AN ACCESSORY TO MY ORDER?
If you are ordering accessories on launch night to a dress order just placed you can place a second order and add a note asking orders to be combined. Please include previous order number. Shipping for the second order will be refunded at dispatch. 

 

Q - DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP?
Local Pick up is available in the Adelaide area. Please add a note if you live in the vicinity of Daw Park SA, 5041

You can pickup your package after your order has been marked as fulfilled from 3:30PM on the same day and shipping will be refunded once we check your area is within local pick up. Pick up location is Daw Park Post Office on Goodwood Rd 5041. Head to the counter and let them know you are picking up a package from KarlaCola 

 

Q - CAN I COMBINE MULTIPLE CLOTHING ORDERS?
Sorry we can’t - its too difficult for us with the turnaround and production times. This is because we do not like to hold onto clothing once its been made. We can however always accomodate accessories! So for example, if you're ordered a dress and the next day decide you'd also like some earrings, a bow headband or a scarf, you can go ahead and order these and at the NOTES section at checkout state your order number for your previous order - we will then combine the orders together and refund one of the shipping costs at the time of dispatch :) 

Please know - NOTES will not come through with a order if you use PayPal express checkout so I recommend not using this when adding a note and check out as per normal through PayPal.

If you are overseas we can accomodate this as international shipping take a little longer to process and we know it's costly to mail overseas. Please check with us that your order is available to combine with another order so we can ensure they are paired up. 


Q - CAN I CUSTOMISE MY ORDER?
You can customise some of our dresses  via the add ons, there is one for longer length which will lengthen your dress to 105-110 cm. There is also a reversible neckline add on and also a tie up add on (sundresses only) 

Everyones favourite -  The  Pocket add on- YAY!
These are the only customisations available and these add ons, need to be included in the same order at the same time as your dress purchase. Please let us know if you need help finding these add ons or you need to modify an order you just placed. 

 

Q - CAN I PURCHASE A LONGER LENGTH OR TIE UP SUNDRESS?

We have a Longer Length Add On for MADE TO ORDER Items only (this mean stock thats already made cant be adjusted ) , the cost for that is $15 to cover the additional fabric used and you may add that to add on to some our our dresses. Please ensure you checkout for both at the same time (not after, unless you contact us to discuss) and we will turn your regular dress into a longer length dress. The same applies to the tie up dresses. You can checkout for a sundress and add the add on for $15 to your cart to turn any sundress into a tie up sundress. We try to ensure this is always an option for customers. Please choose carefully as tie up add ons cant be adjusted so we can not issue you a credit. If you aren't sure on your size, please contact us for help. 

Want a longer length dress that ties up also? Add both add ons to your cart at the same time as your sundress order. This has to happen at the same time as your dress order and not after please. Each add on is $15 (AUS dollars).

Please do not add notes to checkout such as 'longer length please' as we will not be able to accomodate these requests. You must add the longer length add on to your order for us to fulfil the request.

 

Q - CAN I PURCHASE A LONGER LENGTH OR TIE UP SHIFT DRESS OR JERSEY DRESS?

YES! If the item is made to order (not ready for dispatch ) we can now offer you longer length or even POCKETS! Just add these adds on with your jersey dress purchase. 

 

Q - I PURCHASED A ITEM WITH FREE SHIPPING BUT ALSO ORDERED OTHER ITEMS & WAS CHARGED SHIPPING SO CAN I GET A SHIPPING REFUND?

Unfortunately no sorry items that ship for free are listed in the free shipping page won’t ship for free if you add additional items outside that promotion. The only time we will make a exception for this is for the ready to ship sundresses as shipping for those orders is always done at dispatch. 
Items that ship for FREE will always ship standard post and not express even if we are running a promotion for express upgrade. 
Hair accessories are free shipping for Australian residents only. 

 

Q - I WANT TO BUY A DRESS BUT EVERYTHING SEEMS TO BE SOLD OUT?
For detailed information about this, click here! We are so glad you love our dresses and want to purchase one. Every single dress is handmade and made to order. Because we are a small team we open for orders on a new collection around mid to end of month on Sunday night at 8 pm Adelaide time for restocks or new collections. Please sign up for our newsletter on the home page or follow our social media age closely where we advertise heavily prior to launches.

To be sure you don't miss out be ready at 8pm Adelaide time each Sunday and know your size prior to the website opening for our launch.

Pre-orders for new collections now run for an entire week so there is no panic on items selling out. If you missed out on a previous collection, sign up for a restock so we can gage the demand. Its also a good idea to contact us, if we are ordering fabric we may be able to set up a custom order for you. 


Q - DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Sure do.. go here! And a huge plus, our gift cards do not expire!

 

Q - DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS?

Please choose carefully. We can offer a store credit or exchange if the fit/ style or colour does not work for you. 
We do not accept refunds but please let me take a moment to explain why. 

We are a small family run business. Our items are made to order just for YOU.

Included in the cost to make your item is the cost to print the fabric for your clothing and ship the fabric direct to us. The cost for royalties per meter for the fabric ordered is paid to the artist/ designer. We then outlay the cost and time to cut, make and package your item.

The cost for making our items right here in Adelaide isn't cheap but we believe in ethical handmade fashion and its the core of this brand. Unfortunately after outlaying all those cost up front, issuing a refund means we take a huge loss which honestly is not sustainable. 

That said we adore our customers and they keep us going, we will do whatever we can to keep you satisfied and our store credit never expires. 

 

Q - THE FABRIC ON THE BACK OF MY HAIR TIE IS DIFFERENT TO THE PICTURE?

Occasionally we change the backing on our hair ties (usually because a fabric is sold out or becomes unavailable) But rest assured, it will still compliment the main design perfectly.

 

Q- THERE SOME SMALL WHITE MARKS/SPOTS ON MY FABRIC?

Unfortunately this is the nature of digital printing, we have found it even more so printing on our new organic fabrics. When printing larger scale we can run into this issue more commonly.  If you are that unhappy with it you may send it back at your own expensive and provide a pre paid mail back and ask us to make you  a new one, that said we can’t guarantee the next dress won’t also have a few small spots. We try and check the dresses carefully and do what we can to avoid it where we can. 

 

Q - THE BIAS ON MY DRESS IS DIFFERENT TO THE PICTURE?
We change our bias colours as often as we change our underwear (just kidding!!) but we do change it often. Bias is dependant on availability as well as the mood we are in when choosing what colour we will use. Rest assured it will compliment your design perfectly. 

 

 


Q - IVE ORDERED A DRESS ALREADY BUT FORGOT TO ADD THAT I WOULD LIKE IT REVERSIBLE OR TIE UP OR LONGER LENGTH. CAN I ADD THAT AFTER PURCHASING?
This is a tricky one,  unfortunately if you do not order at time of purchase we cannot guarantee your request after your order has been submitted, we can certainly try so use the website message button to contact us as quickly as possible. 

 

Q - IVE ORDERED A DRESS AND ITS ARRIVED TO ME OR ITS STILL BEING MADE, BUT HAVE SEEN YOU'RE LAUNCHING A NEW PRINT AND WOULD PREFER THAT OVER THE ONE IVE ORDERED. CAN I PLEASE EXCHANGE/CHANGE MY DRESS?
We are sorry but we cannot offer an exchange for change of mind. We are a small business that focuses on ethical handmade fashion, made in South Australia. 

A lot of money is outlaid for Australian made fashion and fabric is ordered just for you!

Fabric is paid for, royalties to the artist for use of their designs is paid and once your fabric arrives there is the cost to cut and make your item. As a small business these expenses are huge and refunds for change of mind aren't feasible.
